About Sidhu-Kanhu Alpasankhyak Vikas Samitee

The work of Sidhu-Kanhu Alpasankhyak Vikas Samitee is concentrated mainly in Adivasi and poor districts of Santhal Parganas, the division of Jharkhand state.

We aspire to work with all the poor and marginalized people of Jharkhand through direct outreach and in collaboration with other non-government organizations. We aim to reach 20% of the population in the Gram Panchayats where we worked before.

This strengthens the process of forming ‘critical masses’. Similar efforts will be made for aggregation of critical masses at the block, district and eventually at the state level. To achieve its mission S.K.A.V.S. plays the dual role of an implementer and facilitator. We try to involve common people in our work and a large number of people are coming to us to join our mission. 

We are registered with Registrar of Societies and the number is 725/07-08. We are also ISO certified. Our Unique Id of VO/NGO is JH/2014/0082643. We have 12AA and the URN is AADTS0935K/13/18-19/A-467 and we also have 80G and the URN is AADTS0935K/13/2018-19/A-234/80G. 

We are thankful to our volunteers and members of our samitee to support our mission and for taking an active part on our NGO activities. Our Mission

The mission of Sidhu-Kanhu Alpasankhyak Vikas Samitee is realized through the program and process of Social Activities based on mutual Harmony. We are here to involve people on a large scale. Our organization is working in the field of rural, remote and slum areas from 1998 in agriculture, skill upgradation, resource development, education, etc. We work in the following districts such as Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Gudda, Sahebganj, Giridi and Dhanbad.

Our Vision

With the goodwill and work, S.K.A.V.S. wants to reach to every corner to provide help. We want concentration from twenty years in rural and remote villages (trained activist and resource person).
